What we collect
How Bald does not have user accounts and does not ask for health information. The Norwood stage finder and cost calculator run entirely in your browser. The stage you select and the numbers you enter are not sent to us or stored.
Newsletter
If you request a guide or join the newsletter, we collect your email address and the basic information needed to manage your subscription. We use it only to send the requested guide, occasional How Bald updates and manage unsubscribe requests.
We do not sell subscriber information, share it with clinics or use it to create medical profiles. Service providers may process information only as needed to operate the website and deliver emails.
Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link. You may also contact us to request deletion of your information.
Analytics
We use privacy-focused analytics to understand aggregate website traffic. We do not use advertising trackers or build personal profiles.
If you contact us directly, we keep the message to reply to it. We do not add contact emails to the newsletter unless the address is submitted through the newsletter form.
Third-party links
Pages link to external sources such as PubMed, regulators and professional bodies. Their privacy practices are their own.
